We are a full service privately owned small animal clinic in the beautiful Hill Country. Our mission is provide excellent veterinary care in a rural setting. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5:30 We are seeking a new Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Your role will be to be part of our team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and promote customer retention and loyalty.. What You Will Do: Build and maintain relationships with clients. Answer phones and make appointments Greet and check in clients and patients. Check clients out and collect payment. Followup phone calls for surgery or sick patients. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Veterinary Receptionist Why You'll Love Us: We have a great team that cares about each other and works together to make a good work environment. Salary range for this position is $14 - $21 per hour (plus bonus/commission).
