Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of home healthcare services, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team for high-acuity cases during night shifts. These positions are both full-time and part-time, providing specialized nursing care directly in patients' homes. Our goal is to support our patients, helping them reach their maximum potential in a familiar and comfortable setting, with a focus on pediatric and advanced illness management. Provide direct patient care according to the established patient plan of care Work collaboratively with patients' families and multidisciplinary team members Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and swiftly identify any changes in patients' conditions Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient and family-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate medical equipment and perform technical nursing skills Proficient in maintaining accurate health care records and documentation Adaptable to changing environments and patient conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN/LPN license in the state of employment CPR/BLS Certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
