Job Description:
Description: As a Full-Time Trainer, you will play a vital role
in providing comprehensive training to our field technicians and
ensuring their continuous development. Your patience, attention to
detail, and strong training skills will contribute to maintaining
high-quality standards and the success of our team.
Responsibilities - 75% Route for Proper Training Time: Allocate 75%
of your time to manage a reduced route, allowing sufficient time
for effective training of field technicians. - Patient with
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate patience and meticulousness in
delivering training sessions, ensuring that all aspects are
thoroughly covered. - Responsible for All Training: Take ownership
of all training activities, designing and delivering comprehensive
training programs for field technicians. - Reports Training
Progress Daily to Supervisor: Provide daily reports on the progress
and performance of trainees to the Supervisor, ensuring visibility
and tracking of training outcomes. - Provides Weekly
Chemistry/Protocol Training in Department Meeting: Conduct weekly
training sessions during department meetings, focusing on chemistry
knowledge and protocol adherence. - Provides Backup for Supervisor
on Slack for Chemistry Questions: Offer support and serve as a
backup for the Supervisor on Slack, addressing chemistry-related
questions from field technicians. - Provides Continued Education
for New Techs (30/60/90-Day Check-Ins): Conduct regular check-ins
with new technicians at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals, providing
continued education and support. - Helps with PTO Coverage When Not
Training: Offer assistance and coverage during periods of team
members' time off, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining
service standards. PM25 Requirements: Qualifications - At least 1
year experience as a Service Technician. - Excellent training and
presentation skills, with the ability to convey information
effectively. - Patience and attention to detail, ensuring
comprehensive understanding and knowledge retention among trainees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, providing guidance
and support to field technicians. - Ability to prioritize and
manage time effectively to balance training responsibilities and
route management. - Solid understanding of pool chemistry and
protocols, with the ability to convey this knowledge to trainees. -
Flexibility to provide coverage and support during team members'
