Reimbursement As the Area Sales Director, you will: Recruit, hire,
develop and retain a high-performing sales team that can grow to up
to 12 team members Utilize tools and market knowledge to understand
market dynamics and identify productive sources of growth Develop
market specific sales strategies in conjunction with your
supervisor and work through your team to execute on these
strategies Actively engage with each team member through one-on-one
mentoring to help them grow and develop their territory and their
professional skills Collaborate closely with branch leadership to
address issues, overcome obstacles, improve service levels and
expand growth potential Nurture a culture of accountability and
teamwork Embrace ownership of sales objectives Skills for Success

Mission College degree, valid state driver's license, and reliable
transportation. One year of home health or healthcare sales
experience. Knowledge of business and fiscal management,
