WHAT YOU'LL NEED TX state master, journeyman, or tradesman plumbing license 3 years of residential plumbing experience Sales experience or knowledge - sales are a required aspect of this position Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 5 years) Ability to lift 75 pounds Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Clear and professional communication skills WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE Our Residential Sales and Service Plumbers are responsible for: Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Independently assessing customers' residential plumbing systems and correctly diagnosing the source of any issues Clearly explaining service options and selling additional replacements and/or upgrades when appropriate Performing compliant, high-quality plumbing services Treating customers and their homes respectfully and professionally Participating in ongoing technical training to continuously improve and grow within the trade GET STARTED TODAY!
