We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to become the voice of our real estate team and a key driver of our growth. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers. You’ll build trust quickly, uncover client needs, and guide them toward the right opportunities. Your primary mission is to nurture warm leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into qualified appointments for our sales team. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Responsibilities: Set appointments for our sales team. Calling property inquiries and requests, and buyer & seller leads we supply - no cold calling! Accountability & daily reporting. Qualifications: Strong drive to meet & exceed daily goals. Pleasant phone voice & exceptional. Willingness to obtain your real estate license.
