Civitas Senior Living is recruiting for a Texas based Sales
Specialist with senior housing experience!
The Sales Specialist is responsible for implementing census growth
strategies as developed by our Sales and Operations leadership team
and supporting the development of those plans through careful
analysis of the local competitive market.This position is to be
based primarily in the Austin, Texas area.Primary
- Manages the CRM database for assigned communities. We use
Enquire CRM so experience with this program is a plus!
- Assumes the role of Community Relations Director at assigned
community and supports the local Executive Director and community
management team by promoting a sales centered culture.
- Gather information on local market data through various
research methods.Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to travel 80-100%.
- 3 or more years of experience in seniors housing in a sales and
marketing capacity with experience in Independent, Assisted Living
and Memory Care.
- Experience with CRM Database (Enquire preferred)
- Experience with startup communities and pre-leasing sales
strategy in management.
