Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect for a long term contract position working remotely from anywhere in Texas on a project with our Austin, Texas client performing highly advanced (senior-level) architectural work. This position involves technical data design, focusing on extract, transform, and load (ETL) functionality, data modeling, and data handling to prepare and source data for visualization purposes using Tableau tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into interconnected systems, applications, or process designs for complex technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-level architectural work, including the design and implementation of ETL functionality, data modeling, and data preparation for business data visualization.Translate business requirements into detailed systems, applications, or process designs, creating interconnected models for large and complex technical solutions.Analyze customer service requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives and provide measurable outcomes.Construct comprehensive Tableau scope documentation and lead development, testing, and implementation efforts for Tableau-driven solutions.Maintain expert-level knowledge of Tableau technologies and industry-leading best practices to develop innovative solutions and deliver meaningful results.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising internal and external stakeholders on technical services, including formal presentations and trusted expertise.Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to manage projects, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and executing project plans effectively.Ensure alignment of enterprise architecture to organizational goals for streamlined functionality and sustainability.Required:8+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard development and visualizations.8+ years of experience in project management, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and executing projects.8+ years of experience in managing enterprise architecture for large-scale organizations.ETL Expertise with hands-on experience in designing and optimizing ETL workflows.Desired Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-impact results.Familiarity with emerging tools and technologies for data handling and visualization.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions.Collaborative and innovative team environment.Can work on W2 or C2C basis.Required
