Our client is a leading manufacturer of meal preparation products. They are multi-billion-dollar company with a presence in foodservice and private label brands operating 14 manufacturing sites in North America and Europe. This is a company that has a culture where they are passionate about food. They are currently looking for someone to step into the role as Maintenance Manager. This is a high visible role at one of their critical manufacturing sites. This person will report to the Plant Manager. This person will oversee maintenance at a manufacturing site with a workforce of 260 associates. This position will focus on increasing operational efficiency at the site through the development of resources and people. They need someone who is tactical but also strategic as they will part of the site leadership team. This opportunity is based in low cost of living San Antonio, TX. Our client is also looking for someone who has the potential to move beyond this role as they will be part of succession planning within their technical team. Here are a few of the minimum qualifications are client is looking for in potential candidates. ? Bachelor s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline but not required ? Multiple years of maintenance management experience, food industry ideally ? A demonstrated knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management ? Excellent interpersonal skills needed including coaching, team-building and training skills This is a fantastic opportunity where someone can be a part of the growth that this company has planned for the future. For an above average candidate our client offers in return a compensation package in the $130K-150K range (salary, bonus). They also offer relocation assistance for candidates out of the area.
