Job Description:
Job DescriptionMission: The Junior Business Analyst – Platforms
coordinates the operational management of key platforms across the
Sport Clips digital ecosystem. Critical responsibilities include
ensuring that data access is strictly controlled per SCI legal
standards, handling user account management, and communicating
platform updates to the SCI user community. This role will serve as
the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact for assigned
platforms and will work in concert with the SCI IT Scoreboard Team
to provide an excellent end-user experience. Scope:Provide primary
administrative support for FranConnect and Schoox platformsProvide
secondary/back-up administrative support to the Point-of-Sale
platformsSupport SCI security standards through adherence to
role-based access (RBAC) within each platformMaintain system and
process documentation, and vendor SLAs associated with key
platformsRespond promptly to administrative requests from all areas
of the SCI business and ensure that follow-up is always
completedResponsible for regular account maintenance to include
adding new accounts, making changes to existing accounts,
anddeactivating inactive or terminated accounts Collaborate with
the IT Scoreboard Team as needed to resolve user issues, questions,
or outagesCreate and maintains and user training documents and
conduct live training or support as neededAid the EPMO team in the
form of:Business analysis tasks Project coordinationDeveloping
ad-hoc reports within the assigned platformsOther duties as
assigned Key Criteria/Requirements:Basic knowledge of database
structures, operating systems, and software Must be capable of
analytical thinking Ability to effectively collaborate with
othersPossess excellent verbal and written communication
skillsUnderstands how systems affect SCI business managementBe able
to work well under pressureAble to proactively identify potential
efficiencies and process improvementsRemain flexible, adaptable,
and open to changesAble to identify issues that need to be promptly
escalated to next level managers Provide a weekly status report
with succinct, summary-level information Must be able to sit at a
desk for prolonged periods of time working on a computerMust be
able to lift to 15 pounds Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days
at the Support Center and 2 days working remotely
