Stock Room--Supervisor - Georgetown, Texas
SUMMARY: Moves materials to the manufacturing area, keeps track of
and maintains inventory personally or through subordinates:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other
duties may be assigned.
- Creates Hot Sheet to show shortages for pulled work
- Analyzes daily reprom sheets and notifies analyst of any part
- Identifies orders that need to be pulled early.
- Prints shortage work order reports.
- Prints work order priority list and makes sure it is
- Reviews weekly and monthly cycle count adjustments.
- Resolves discrepancies as required.
- Responsible for neatness of stockroom, following ---first-in,
first out--- procedures and maintenance of stock locations to
accommodate changes, additions and deletions.
- Maintains inventory and other stock records in computer. --
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically
- Completion of at least two years of college or vocational
training in a related professional, specialized, or general field
- Two to seven years of related experience or training, and/or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
