You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. This position will be a part of the team to open a new FASTSIGNS location in Georgetown, TX on W University Dr in May 2023. Training will be completed in our Leander, TX location and this position will work out of the Leander, TX location until the Georgetown office is open.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist prospects through the buying process, by answering their questions, determine the best products for their needs, build a quote and close the sale.
  • Follow up with dormant customers through phone calls and emails
  • Assist customers through the process after the estimate is converted by following up with proofs, submitting installation requests and ensuring their job is completed on time.
  • Check queues for existing orders and ensure the order continues through the process
  • Gather information for and submit installation requests to our internal installation department
  • Ensure the customers needs are met
  • Answers the phone and directs callers to the appropriate individual, as needed
  • Performs other duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Previous customer care or project management experience preferred
    • Proficient computer and internet skills, including gSuite, Trello, etc
    • Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone
