Description

Responsibilities and Duties
In support of designated lending officer(s), provides a superior customer experience to both commercial and affluent professional customers. Supports designated lending officer(s) in the pursuit of commercial loan production. Supports designated lending officer(s) portfolio of business and relationships, customer follow-up, marketing, and referral efforts. Understands business banking strategies. Familiar with a wide variety of lending procedures, collection, preparation and packaging of all commercial loan documentation. Ensure accurate reporting/tracking of all commercial loan documentation. Administrative support of accurate commercial credit and collateral documentation. Obtains necessary information to process and complete loan files. Examines documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing loan policies and procedures, bank policies and all applicable laws and regulations. In support lending functions, adheres to fair lending guidelines and the Community Reinvestment Act.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or Bachelors degree preferred.

Requirements:
Minimum two years commercial banking or administrative experience in a financial institution.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong knowledge of financial products both traditional bank and non-traditional financial group product lines.
Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus.
