TI Builders, a leading design/build commercial contractor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent with 3+ years of construction experience. ---Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or other related fields
Experience in scheduling sub-contractors
Skilled in reading plans
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Knowledge of different phases of construction
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in: Microsoft Suite, Excel, Microsoft Project

Hands-on experience in:

Door and hardware
Some experience on concrete place & finishing
Wood and metal stud framing
Finished carpentry
Drywall/finish & FRP
Toilet accessories & specialties
T-bar ceilings
Punch list
