Job Description:

Bizmatics is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to join our growing team!

As the Program Manager of Professional Services you will be responsible for developing standard protocols in an effort to achieve organizational objectives and efficiencies. Your primary function is to proactively take steps to ensure that business unit is well-positioned to quickly and effectively respond to the changing services needs of its customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and consistently achieving profitability targets.

What we are looking for:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, work plan, and timing for new initiatives

  • Develop standard procedures and implement across project teams for optimal return-on-invesment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management.

  • Monitor the utilization, performance and profitability of the services delivery team by tracking and analyzing statistics and trends, providing reporting to the Senior Management Team.

  • Establish clear, measurable objectives for the services team and monitor/measure these objectives regularly.

  • Collaborate with Sales for RFP responses and monitor forecasts for all potential new work.

  • Assist in the creation of Statements of Work.

  • Identify new opportunities to provide billable services and work with Sales to promote.

  • Drive continuous process improvement efforts in the areas of best practices, methodologies and process controls.

  • Develop strategies to deliver services in more efficient and effective manner and work with services delivery team and R&D to implement.

  • Contribute to improved levels of employee satisfaction and company success by motivating team members and helping to develop their knowledge and skills.

  • Champion initiatives to increase the breadth and depth of functional expertise across the services delivery team.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are given the training, mentoring and tools required to be successful.

  • Demonstrate clear ability to successfully resolve organizational and employee conflict

  • Actively manage personnel issues including, but not limited to, hiring, preparation and delivery of mid-year and year-end staff performance evaluations, development of employee performance action plans, administration of corrective action and termination of underperforming staff, if necessary

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting related discipline or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 7+ years in advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)

  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills. Must be able to analyze information to make independent decisions quickly and effectively

  • Detailed oriented and conscientious about meeting expectations

  • Ability to effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative and professional environment which emphasizes teamwork

  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple assignments and projects within defined and challenging timelines
