Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Managerto become apart of our team!You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, andstructure of an establishment in repair. Responsibilities: Oversee the completion of projects Assign and schedule roles for staff under their supervision Ensure the aesthetic and landscaping of the properties is maintained to established standards Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance of the properties Repair major and minor issues with equipment and properties Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain inventory and equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience inmaintenanceor other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Company Description Established in 1983, The Boston Group is a privately held real estate investment and management firm.
