Job Description Job Description Deburr Technician - $18.50/hour This is a contract position with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Shift Details: M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm (hours may vary) and must be able to work overtime Location: Cedar Park, TX 78215 Integrity Trade Services is partnering with leading technology manufacture to hire a Deburr Technician to support Weld & Fabrication operations. This role is responsible for cleaning, deburring, polishing, and grinding precision machined metal parts while following blueprints/specifications to meet customer requirements. Deburr Technician Key Responsibilities: Inspect part dimensions to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and identify quality concerns. Use hand tools and small power tools to safely remove burrs and create clean edge breaks. Operate insert machine and insert guns as needed. Assist in larger assembly projects by holding work pieces, handing tools, gluing parts, and supporting the build team. Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths; keep parts organized in designated locations. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules while applying Lean/5S principles. Deburr Technician Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 0–2 years of assembly line or manufacturing experience Ability to read & comprehend blueprints, read a tape measure, and convert fractions to decimals Comfortable using hand tools (files, sandpaper, knives, hand sanders, deburring tools) and common shop tools (drills, saws, wrenches, etc.) Safety-minded, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why choose Integrity Trade Services?
