seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Legal
Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive
administrative support to our litigation team, ensuring the smooth
and efficient functioning of all legal proceedings. This is a
permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and

development. Responsibilities: As a Litigation Legal Administrative
Assistant, your key duties will include: 1. Managing and organizing
all aspects of document production and court filings, including
efiling and PACER efiling. 2. Maintaining a comprehensive and
accurate legal calendar, tracking all litigation deadlines, court
dates, and attorney schedules. 3. Assisting in the preparation for
hearings, trials, depositions, and client meetings, including
drafting legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating
logistics. 4. Communicating effectively with clients, court
personnel, and other legal professionals, representing our firm in
a professional and courteous manner. 5. Maintaining client files
and case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with
legal regulations. 6. Providing other administrative support as
needed, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and
maintaining office supplies. Qualifications: To be considered for
the Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant position, you must
possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, preferably
experience in insurance defense, employment litigation, or product
liability. 2. Proficiency in efiling and PACER efiling systems. 3.
Demonstrated experience in calendaring litigation deadlines and
preparing for hearings and trials. 4. Strong knowledge of legal
terminology, court procedures, and legal document formatting. 5.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 6.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a
client-focused approach. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
