Job Details Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys handling civil litigation matters, primarily in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury defense. Draft, file, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and legal correspondence. Organize, review, and summarize medical records, depositions, and other case-related documents. Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other litigation materials. Manage and maintain case files in compliance with court and firm procedures. Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses as needed. Conduct factual and legal research to support case preparation. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance defense or personal injury defense. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with limited supervision. Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules and filing procedures. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with legal practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program. Prior experience supporting attorneys through all phases of trial preparation.
