Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order
in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to
custodial tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping,
mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Maintain
floors through buffing and waxing as needed to ensure a polished
appearance. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with
safety standards and regulations. Handle custodial duties such as
restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
Assist with residential painting projects when required to enhance
facility aesthetics. Support facilities maintenance by reporting
any issues or repairs needed to management. Collaborate with team
members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness in commercial spaces,
including offices and common areas. Skills Experience in custodial
work or commercial cleaning is preferred. Proficiency in floor care
techniques, including buffing and waxing. Knowledge of industrial
cleaning practices and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail
with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with a
commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Familiarity
with facilities maintenance processes is a plus. Join us in
