experience in upgrading and hardening network equipment. The role

monitoring skills to assess system utilization and circuit

anomalies and escalating complex issues to engineering staff.

engineering teams. Escalate highly complex network issues to
engineering staff for advanced troubleshooting. Develop, execute,
modify, or remove automation scripts to optimize network
operations. Document all workload activity per incident or change
