Job Description Job Description Job Title: System Architect Location: Remote Summary: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization. Responsibilities: Review all system defects and new requirements from a holistic perspective, considering impacts on system performance, security, and maintainability Assess solution risks to individual components and the overall system architecture, recommending mitigation strategies and alternative approaches Assist developers with integration analysis, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across system components Design and document system solutions using industry-standard architectural frameworks and design patterns, such as TOGAF or Microservices Work with stakeholders to communicate technical designs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a System Architect in a regulated and compliant environment System Architecture, TOGAF/Microservices, Integration Analysis, Risk Assessment, Communication CASPCE, CISSP, CSSLP (IASE II) (one certification required) Preferred Qualifications: TOGAF Certification
