DATA ANALYST San Antonio, Hybrid Compensation: $90,000 -
$105,000 My client is an award-winning Top 200 Fastest Growing

add a Data Analyst to the team! This firm offers their clients a
variety of diverse services including tax planning, audit,
consulting, due diligence, IT security & compliance, and wealth

environment. Opportunity for growth & learning! ABOUT THE DATA
ANALYST ROLE: As a data analyst, you will play a crucial role in
managing, interpreting, and integrating data across various
platforms. This role involves creating and optimizing SQL queries,
creating visualizations with tools such as Power BI and Python, and
automating data processes with tools like Power Automate. WHAT THE
DATA ANALYST WILL BE DOING: Manage and maintain databases across
platforms such as CCH, HubSpot, and other internal systems to
ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security through best
practices and rigorous daily efforts Develop, maintain, and
optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis Use tools
like Power BI and Python to create and support visualizations and
dashboards that provide actionable insights Use advanced analytics
techniques to forecast trends, predict outcomes, or identify risks
and opportunities Conduct periodic audits of data systems to
identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors Automate repetitive
data tasks and workflows using tools like Python, Power Automate,
or other specialized software to help streamline firm operations
Support AI projects and other technology innovation initiatives as
needed Partner with service lines and internal support teams to
understand opportunities for automation of tasks EXPERIENCE: At
least 2 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role,
preferably within a professional services environment Bachelor's
degree in data science, computer science, information technology,
or a related field Proficiency in database management and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Automation
tools like Power Automate Advanced knowledge of Python for data
analysis and automation Proficiency with APIs and system
integrations Experience managing and cleaning data in platforms
