This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to this location prior to Onboarding.Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.At least 4 years of development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring and microservices technologies.Strong experience with REST web services development.Good working experience in MongoDB, PL/SQL, Oracle.All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.Preferred Qualifications:Participate in design, design review and code reviews activities.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Excellent analytical and communication skills.The job entails extensive amount of travel.
