play."About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Fullstack Software
Engineer to join our AI Technologies Engineering team, reporting to
the Senior Engineering Manager, AI Technologies. In this role, you
will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative
applications and services powered by Generative AI (GenAI), driving
technical excellence and delivering impactful business solutions.As
a technical leader, you will architect, develop, and optimize
fullstack applications, ensuring seamless integration across
front-end, back-end, and cloud-based AI services. Your work will
enhance efficiency, improve user experiences, reduce friction, and
enable entirely new business capabilities made possible through
GenAI-driven innovations.In addition to your direct engineering
contributions, you will mentor engineers, establish best practices,
and drive engineering excellence across the stack. You will
collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and AI
specialists to create scalable, high-performance, and secure
applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern
fullstack development, cloud technologies, microservices
architecture, API design, and DevOps practices.Key
ResponsibilitiesDesign and build secure, efficient, and scalable
web applications, APIs, and backend services.Engineer Generative
AI-powered solutions and applicationsDrive code quality, security,
performance optimization, and DevOps.Lead and mentor an
international team of engineersApply modern software architecture
and engineering best practicesExperience:Please note that you do
not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We

considered.Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience10+ years of
job experience in a hands-on coding roleExperience using Generative
AI software engineering solutions, such as GitHub CoPilotExperience
engineering secure, scalable, efficient, and well architected
softwareExperience engineering RESTful web services and modern web
applicationsExperience configuring and deploying cloud services,
such AWS ECS / Fargate, AWS Serverless, Azure Functions, AWS
Lambda, etc...Experience managing version control solutions, static
code analysis, and performing code reviewsYou have experience with
load testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of web
servicesExcellent collaboration and problem-solving
skillsBeneficial ExperienceKnowledge of reinforcement learning,
natural language processing, and other advanced AI
techniques.Experience with cloud-based AI services and
infrastructure.You have experience working in large data-driven
servicesExperience with deep learning frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Experience with Generative AI
solutions, such as Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, and Hugging
