If there's a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you'll find it.The work:Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platformIdentify risks that threaten project success and recommend workaroundsEnsure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixesBegin to mentor colleagues and take on more responsibilityHere's what you need:Development experience with one or more of the following languages:Lightning Web Components (LWC)Lightning Components (Aura)JavaScriptDevelopment experience with one or more of the following languagesApex Triggers & Class developmentApex / Flow / Transaction DebugSynchronous & Asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queuables, Events, etc.)Apex Testing Best Practices & Salesforce LimitsOOP design principlesIntegration/Deployment experience with one or more of the following:Connected AppsREST / SOAP / BULK APIsConfiguration experience with one or more of the following:Configuration (Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, Actions, etc.)Bonus Points if:Technical Salesforce.com CertificationsExperience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIsExperience in Agile delivery, Scrum and/or KanbanUsed Source Code or Deployment/Migration toolsDefined and promoted development standards and practices (e.g. code reviews, pair programming, clean code)Experience with architecture OR design activities, Data Migration, or using CommunitiesEligibility Requirements:US Citizenship requiredALL EXPERIENCED HIRECompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
