celebration. Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and
skilled Bar/Barista team member who thrives in a fast-paced brunch
environment. This hybrid role involves crafting a variety of
alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, and house-made signature
drinks while providing attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging
service to guests. You’ll be a key player in both bar and coffee
service operations, helping set the tone for an exceptional guest
experience. Key Responsibilities: Bar Responsibilities: Prepare and
serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails according to house recipes
and batching guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of
the bar area Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in
accordance with TABC regulations Restock and prep bar inventory as
needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Barista Responsibilities: Brew and prepare espresso drinks, drip
coffee, cold brew, and seasonal specialty beverages Maintain a
clean and organized coffee station throughout service Steam milk,
pull shots, and build drinks with consistency and attention to
presentation Educate guests on menu offerings and make thoughtful
recommendations Teamwide Expectations: Deliver warm, energetic
guest service with Southern hospitality at the forefront
Communicate effectively with front and back-of-house teams Adhere
to appearance standards and uphold brand integrity Assist with
additional tasks as needed, including service running and FOH
support during peak volume Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of
experience behind a bar and/or espresso machine preferred TABC and
Texas Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong
communication, problem-solving, and guest interaction skills
Comfortable working weekends and holidays Ability to stand for
