Job Description:

At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes , helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income . What You’ll Do: Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety Document visits accurately and in a timely manner Support patient goals and functional independence What We’re Looking For: Active Texas PTA license (required) Home health experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred) Pay & Perks: Up to $55 per visit (adjust as needed) Flexible, self-managed schedule Independence in the field Meaningful, patient-focused care Consistent patient volume available Work Location: On the road – San Antonio and surrounding areas Apply today and help patients regain movement and independence—right in their homes.
