Job Description Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Manage patient care, including follow-ups and referrals to specialists when necessary - Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and lifestyle modifications - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Qualifications: - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Active and unrestricted Texas medical license (or ability to obtain) - DEA certification - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Work Schedule: - Full-time position (typically 40 hours per week) - Monday–Friday schedule Compensation & Benefits - Sign On Bonus - Competitive salary with performance incentives - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off (PTO) and holidays - CME allowance and paid CME days - Malpractice insurance coverage - Retirement plan (401k) with employer contribution - Relocation assistance (if applicable)
