Job Description:
At Encompass Health, we are committed to providing the highest

medical conditions. In alignment with our commitment to excellence
and patient independence, we are currently seeking a dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
to join our compassionate nursing team. The successful candidate
will be vital in administering care and ensuring patient comfort
throughout their rehabilitation process. This role requires an
individual who is skilled in clinical practices, patient
communication, and teamwork, making a direct impact on patient
recovery and outcomes. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate
records of vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians. Assist in implementing patient care plans
in conjunction with the healthcare team. Provide emotional and
psychological support to patients. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and preventative care. Ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff to
optimize patient care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Profound
ability to monitor and record patient's health conditions.
Comprehensive knowledge of medication and its administration.
Capability to handle emotional and stressful situations. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current and valid
state license as an LPN or LVN. BLS Certification (Basic Life
Support) Optional: IV Certification preferred.
