Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join
our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be integral
in providing top-tier care and rehabilitation services for patients
recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and other complex
neurological and orthopedic conditions. Our goal at Encompass
Health is to assist patients in reaching the highest levels of
independence possible, and your nursing skills will play a vital
role in this transformative work. Administer nursing care to ill,
injured, or disabled patients within a rehabilitation environment
Monitor patient health and update records with current findings
Implement care plans comprehensively and communicate patient
conditions to physicians and other team members Assist patients
with day-to-day mobility and basic living functions Educate
patients and their families on health conditions and rehabilitation
processes Ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained
in accordance with both facility guidelines and regulatory
standards Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Capability to handle medical
information discreetly High adaptability to dynamic healthcare
environments Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems

licensure as an LPN or LVN CPR/BLS certification
