Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse
Coordinator Oncology RN to join our team to enhance the care
provided to our oncology patients. This role is pivotal in ensuring
that high-quality and comprehensive care is delivered while
ensuring patient safety and adherence to treatment protocols. With
a focus on patient-centered care, this position will support the
management and supervision of the nursing staff, coordinate patient
treatment plans, and facilitate education on disease management.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff within the oncology department.
Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with
medical professionals. Manage patient care with precise attention
to the treatment protocols. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Facilitate training and education for
staff on oncology-specific care techniques. Monitor and
continuously improve patient care based on feedback and research.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in oncology
nursing practices Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in clinical systems and EHR Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
