As an LVN, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures while supporting our mission to care for and improve human life. This role involves administering medications, assisting with patient comfort, and maintaining accurate health records, all within a dynamic and supportive environment. Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds and administering prescribed medication Observe patients' conditions and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the registered nurse or physician Educate patients and their families on health-related and post-procedural care Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, care plans, and charts Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare and patient safety protocols Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver effective patient care Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license CPR certified or the ability to obtain certification shortly after employment
