Job Description HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Leander, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel RN – Hospice | Travel Contract Leander, TX | 13 Weeks Hospice RN needed with HCHB & OASIS experience for in-home hospice care. Must handle admissions, see 4–6 patients/day, and complete charting in the home. 30 points/week (~40 hrs) with on-call rotation and travel up to 50 miles.
