physicians in collegial group Focus on hematology with sickle cell
and benign/malignant cases Call schedule 1:9 with fellows taking
first call Walk into existing patient base with 15 - 20 patients
per day In-house transfusion medicine and active CAR-T program
Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine No state
