Job Description Job Description Anesthesiologist Job Share Opportunity – Foundation Surgical Hospital San Antonio, TX | 26 Weeks/Year | $312,500 (1099) Essential Anesthesia Management (EAM) is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a job share opportunity at Foundation Surgical Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. This role offers a highly predictable schedule, minimal call burden, and strong compensation with additional pay if called back in. Position Highlights: $312,500 (1099) for 26 weeks of coverage M–F schedule with no scheduled weekend cases No ER patients On-call coverage for inpatients only MD was called in just twice last year $275/hour paid if called back in to work Care team includes 5 CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist Case mix: Urology, Spine, Plastics, Orthopedics, General, and Bariatrics Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist Contractor Perks: Compensation for hours after being called back in Access to group benefits through preferred partnerships Paid Malpractice tail Support from our Corporate Clinical Leaders About San Antonio, TX: Only an hour and 20-minutes from Austin and 3 hours from Houston, TX Home to the Alamo and beautiful downtown River Walk Also home to the largest Mexican market outside of Mexico.
