Job Description Job Description Essential Anesthesia Management is excited to invite a CRNA to join our team at Physicians Centre Hospital in Bryan, Texas. This is a warm, tight-knit, CRNA-only practice where you can work with full autonomy and become part of a highly respected, long-tenured group. Position Highlights: • $350,000 1099 • 7 weeks off hospital holidays • CRNA-only facility with true independence • Team of 6 CRNAs • 1:6 beeper call from home (rare call backs) • Ortho-heavy site with additional general surgery, bariatrics, GI, Peds ENT, spine, ophthalmology, and pain cases • No OB, heads, or hearts • Regional and peripheral nerve blocks required — training available for anyone looking to strengthen skills • PCH is a Joint Replacement Excellence Award and Total Knee Replacement Five-Star Recipient • Seeking a strong CRNA to join our established team Qualifications: • Board certified • Proficient or willing to learn regional/peripheral nerve blocks What We Offer: • $350,000 1099 for 45 weeks • Optional nearby work opportunities on weeks off • Full autonomy with room to grow clinically • Paid malpractice tail • Financial coaching • Access to benefits through preferred partnerships • Support from Corporate Clinical Leaders About Bryan, TX: Bryan's motto— "The Good Life, Texas Style" —captures its friendly, community-focused atmosphere.
