experienced practitioners, gaining skills necessary for effective
medical-surgical nursing while adhering to the highest standards of
care. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Participate in diagnostic procedures and collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care. Implement
nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes. Engage in our
residency curriculum which includes educational sessions,
simulation labs, and peer support opportunities. Ensure adherence
to hospital policies, patient care standards, and safety
procedures. Strong clinical skills and knowledge in
medical-surgical nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work effectively within a team Critical thinking
and problem-solving capabilities Capacity to manage multiple
priorities in a stressful environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a
current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or
compact licensure agreement. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
provided by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
must be obtained within a specified time frame after hire.
