You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!/nSchedule will be Sunday - Thursday/nThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:/n • Possess a current RN License/n • 1-2 years’ experience working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental a plus./n • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment/n • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (as per state requirements if it must be kept current)./n • Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident/n • Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions/n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors/n • Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion/n • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality/n • Ability to process care plans and other required documents in an efficient timeframe/n/n/nBenefits:/nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
