Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations. - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. - Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function. - Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with clinic standards. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients across various settings including acute care and outpatient clinics. - Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations. Qualifications - Current TX PT license (or compact). - Experience in a OP preferred, but not required. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Passion for patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.
