As we gear up to open our doors on January 11, 2025, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare in our community.Our expansion, spanning 165,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art patient tower to our Round Rock hospital, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population. Among its highlights, the tower will house an innovative 11-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, alongside expanded capacities for crucial departments such as med/surg and labor and delivery.Anticipate a host of enhancements, including:

• Additional operating rooms, cath labs, and procedural areas.
• Expansions and upgrades to communal spaces.
• Implementation of advanced equipment across various departments.

They observe and evaluate patient responses. This role ensures patient safety during healthcare journeys by understanding patient needs and assisting with encounters.What You'll Do
      • Conduct clinical assessments maintaining the highest standard of practice.
      • Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.

          Registered Nurse (RN)
