Job Summary: -Are you passionate about dentistry and skilled at teaching? We are seeking a Dental Assistant Instructor to provide hands-on education to students at our dental assistant school. Using your chair-side experience, you will teach students the necessary skills to succeed as entry-level dental assistants. Join us in molding and shaping the future of this exciting field!

• Zollege is currently searching for a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor to join the Georgetown -team!
• The working hours for this position is held on Saturdays from 7am - 6 pm
• Additionally, monthly Zoom meetings are held in the evenings.Hourly Rate: $19-21/hour -Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for each class by reviewing our curriculum that we provide for each instructor, which may utilize lab stations.
  • Demonstrate dental skills/procedures and assist students as they practice hands-on in the lab.
  • Evaluate individual/group performance and make any necessary adjustments to meet student learning needs.
  • Enforce classroom management and ensure that safety precautions are adhered to.
  • Ability to convey curriculum and pertinent skills via *lecture* and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Emailing, printing, scanning, troubleshooting, connecting to WiFi, and other basic computer abilities are required -Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED (Required)
    • 5+ years of recent dental assistant or chair-side experience (Required)
    • CPR/BLS certification (Highly Preferred)
    • Familiarity with Dentrix (Highly Preferred)
    • A passion for helping others achieve their personal goals.
