Business Development Manager - Commercial Paint Our Client is a
leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a
successful Business Development Manager to join their growing team!

encouraged to apply today! Responsibilities: Develop a strategic
plan to meet company goals for growth Network, meet, finesse new
and potential Clients Follow up with all necessary personnel
ensuring all project prerequisites are met and maximum profit
margins are achieved Maintain and develop existing Client
relationships Promote a positive company culture Qualifications:
3-5 years of Sales and Business Development Bachelors Degree in a
related field preferred Experience Estimating Paint jobs on diverse
Commercial buildings In-depth knowledge of the market and
competitors Superior communication skills Compensation/Benefits:
Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($120K-$150K base,
base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
