The Area Assistant Director of Revenue Management supports both the Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk (1,003 rooms) and Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk (630 rooms) in maximizing revenue and market share. This individual will work closely with the Area Director of Revenue and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies, manage inventory, and ensure strategic alignment across all revenue channels.

This is a unique opportunity to impact two of San Antonio's most iconic downtown hotels, centrally located on the historic Riverwalk and serving a dynamic mix of group, transient, and leisure business.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in leading the revenue management strategy for both properties by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing pricing and distribution strategies across all segments and channels.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
• Optimize room inventory and rate positioning through strategic use of distribution systems (e.g., PrO, Reserve, RMT, etc.).
• Provide forecasting support, budget input, and strategy recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Prepare and present key performance metrics and strategic insights during revenue strategy meetings and ownership updates.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends using tools such as Demand360, STR, Agency360, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with the Area Director of Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to execute promotions and optimize channel performance.
• Contribute to training and mentoring of on-property team members on revenue management principles and tools.
• Support new initiatives, system rollouts, and testing as part of Hyatt's global and regional revenue strategies.

    Qualifications:
    
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in a multi-property or large hotel environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insight.
    • Proficiency in Hyatt systems (PrO, RMT, Opera, RevPlan, Thoughtspot, Demand360, etc.) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage with both corporate teams and hotel leadership.
    • Detail-oriented, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in urban, group-heavy, or convention markets a strong advantage.
    • Ability to work onsite in San Antonio.
