Job Description:
Change Management Leadership:
--- Spearhead the change management process across the company,
coordinating with stakeholders and supporting the people's side of
change.
--- Develop and manage change plans for each change initiative,
ensuring alignment with business objectives.
--- Assess organizational impact and readiness for change on a
global, regional, and country level.
--- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management
activities.
--- Perform change risk analysis, mitigation planning, and
deliverable execution.
Stakeholder Coordination:
--- Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify gaps, and create action
plans to address them.
--- Engage and activate leadership to take ownership of the change
process.
--- Collaborate across global, regional, and country teams to drive
sustainable change adoption.
--- Support and coach senior leaders, people managers, and
supervisors to help their teams through transitions.
Communication and Training:
--- Develop key messaging that aligns with the project mission,
change management plan, communication, and training plans.
--- Ensure changes are communicated effectively, documented in
training materials, and included in the HR knowledge base.
--- Train employees on new systems and process skills related to
the change.
--- Contribute to change communications, training, and knowledge
transfer plans using pragmatic and creative approaches for
high-impact results.
--- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key
communications.
Employee Engagement and Support:
--- Engage employees and managers in the design and implementation
of changes, ensuring understanding of new roles
post-implementation.
--- Ensure alignment between new processes or tasks and
organizational structure and roles.
--- Support organizational design and definition of roles and
responsibilities.
Technical Know-How:
--- Understand and utilize various project management and change
management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence,
ServiceNow).
--- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
--- Ensure integration and compatibility of new technologies with
existing systems.
--- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical aspects of change
initiatives are managed effectively.
--- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to monitor change
progress and outcomes.
Change Impact and Readiness:
--- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify
key stakeholders.
--- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
--- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
--- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
