You will influence the technical direction by engaging with design and engineering teams, collaborating with architecture, product management, program management, manufacturing, test, and quality teams to meet high standards for our customers.What will you do?

• Manage the technical direction of projects considering customer, factory, and design engineering perspectives.
• Act as a bridge between external customers and Jabil design teams.
• Coordinate lifecycle management for networking products, including new development and sustaining efforts.
• Drive cross-functional solutions in hardware and software areas.
• Make key decisions impacting quality and customer experience.
• Work with business leaders to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Ensure product features adhere to PRD specifications.
• Manage RFQs and SOWs.
• Address gaps in end-to-end processes proactively.QualificationsEducation:
  • BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Experience:
    • Domain knowledge in networking hardware and software.
    • 12-15 years in engineering product development.
    • Experience managing internal and external customer relationships.
    • At least 5 years managing remote, multi-national engineering teams.
    • Proficient in RFQs and SOWs management.Skills and Abilities:
      • Strong product development and program management skills.
      • Experience in process development and improvement.
      • Ability to multitask across multiple customer opportunities.
      • Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.Preferred Qualifications:
        • Master's Degree preferred.
