How will this role have an impact?
We are seeking a Clinical Informatics Product Manager to lead our

interoperability-ensuring our clinical assessments and data assets
are semantically aligned, interoperable across entities like Aetna,
CVS Retail, MinuteClinic, and Oak Street Health, and optimized for
actionable analytics.
This role will report to our Ld. Director, Program Integrity and
Optimization within the product organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve mappings from internal clinical assessments to
standard terminologies including SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, and

analytically useful.
Partner with CVS Health's clinical data repository (CDR) teams to
ensure interoperable data exchange across the enterprise. Lead
product-level discussions to align schemas, APIs, and data models
for high-fidelity clinical data integration.
Drive the design and implementation of FHIR-based integrations with
health plans and external provider organizations. Define use cases,
select resources/profiles (e.g., Questionnaire, Observation,
Condition), and collaborate with engineering teams to bring them to
production.
Identify opportunities to better structure and represent clinical
data-supporting downstream analytics, care management workflows,
and quality measurement (e.g., HEDIS, Stars). Define and evangelize
reusable clinical concepts and canonical data elements.
Act as a trusted liaison between clinical teams, engineers, data
scientists, and product stakeholders. Translate clinical
requirements into clear data and system specifications.
