            • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a lifestyle hotel or high-profile 4- or 5-star property within a major cultural hub.
            • Proven ability to create high-energy environments that integrate nightlife, gastronomy, and arts.
            • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in Revenue Management and market analysis.
            • Experience leading complex, multi-outlet F&B operations and understanding culinary trends.
            • Visionary approach to hotel programming and guest experience design.
            • Passion for arts, music, and entertainment, with experience integrating cultural narratives.
            • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop teams.
            • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
            • Outgoing personality with ability to engage guests and foster community.
            • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, aligned with nightlife programming.
