Grow as We Grow and Take Your Career to New Heights!As a Regional Manager you will ensure client satisfaction through providing consistent on the job training, follow up/ongoing professional development for employees, inventory control, comprehensive systems compliance and providing unparalleled customer service to property managers.Salary range: $61,000 $77,000Bonus: target bonus is 15% of annual salary with potential to earn up to 2x target level with strong performance (bonus is divided and paid out quarterly)Company vehicle providedEssential duties include:Responsible for maintaining cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property managers through site visits and responsiveness to questions and concerns.Ensure system compliance through consistent communication, training and development of all District Managers in assigned territory.Ensure effective onboarding of new hires through required on job training.Partners with Regional Director of Operations to develop ongoing, professional development for employees.Master control of all inventory in designated warehouses.Manage adoption, implementation, tracking, and completion of assigned projects.Provide coverage for District Managers as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.You are a good fit if you have the following experience, education, and skills:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 5-7 years of related leadership experience, budgeting, and reporting.Proven success in building teams and fostering business relationships at multiple teams.Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences.Proven success in managing and developing a team through strong leadership and mentorship and builds collaborative relationships with their team and colleagues.Excellent project management skills planning, coordination of work, detail orientation, highly organized, and good time-management.Customer service experience and/or strong customer service focus.Basic knowledge of personnel policies including hiring, interviewing, and terminating.Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure.Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.Ability to frequently walk, stand, climb, lift, carry, stoop, bend, kneel and reach.Ability to occasionally work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions.Ability to occasionally climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors.Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Valid driver license and good driving record.We provide the following comprehensive, flexible benefits to our full-time associates:Health coverage for you and your family through medical, dental, vision plans, and Pet insurance plan optionsTax advantages through healthcare savings and flexible spending accountsFinancial protection through disability, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and business travel insurance401k plan with a generous company matching contributionGenerous paid time off program in which benefits increase along with your tenure with the companySupport of continued education through tuition reimbursementAssociate and family assistance programAssociate discount programsReferral bonus programRewards and recognition programAre you a current Valet Living employee?
