POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTIONThe Branch Manager is responsible
for overseeing all activities within the respective branch(es),
ensuring branch profitability, compliance with DAS processes and
regulatory guidelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.MAJOR
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES1.Direct and manage Branch Sales
Management and Branch Operations Management personnel in their
daily activities, ensuring compliance with DAS processes and
regulatory guidelines.2.Maintain a thorough understanding of
mortgage programs and guidelines as well as stay current with
industry regulations.3.Oversee recruitment of staff, ensuring
training programs are facilitated for new staff, as well as any
required refresher training through DAS U.4.Oversee compensation
programs for branch personnel ensuring margins for business exist
to ensure ongoing success and compliance with salary guidelines
within the overall DAS organization.5.May originate loans if
licensed.6.PRIMARY OBJECTIVESManage a team of branch sales staff in
ensuring workflow is accurate and delivered timely in order to meet
client closing deadlines.Ensure branch revenue margin is protected
to ensure ongoing operational success.Major Area of

if licensedSpecific Responsibilities Related to Major AreaDirect
and manage Branch Sales Management and Branch Operations Management
in their daily activities, ensuring compliance with DAS processes
and regulatory guidelines.Partner with Compliance Officer, DAS U,
and other departmental management personnel to ensure educational
programs are fulfilled within branch location. Continue independent
education.Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and
performance matters. Coordinate recruiting efforts with the
recruiting function of Human Resources including posting of
positions, interviewing, testing assessments, and offer
letters.Work through Finance and Human Resources to develop
appropriate compensation plans for commissioned Loan Officers,
ensuring compliance with CFPB regulations. Ensure that operations
personnel are appropriately compensated within company salary
program guidelines.QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTSBroad Knowledge &
ExperienceStrong management skills, P&L experience, residential
mortgage banking industry, familiar with company's mortgage
products and investors.Above Average SkillsManagement and process
flow skills. High level of written and oral communication skills,
strong relationship building skills.Demonstrated AbilityAbility to
effectively communicate, educate, and motivate staff, manages
multiple priorities, work under pressure, and quickly adapt to
market fluctuations.General KnowledgePositive attitude, planning
and execution, strong work ethic.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEDegree or
EquivalentBA or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.Years Experience8+ years related industry experience
and/or training.Specialized TrainingMust be familiar with All
Residential Mortgage Loan products.Active Affiliations,
